CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 

Your room is available from 3 p.m. Thank you for checking out by 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10 a.m. (from 7 a.m. on request).

DEPOSIT

Every booking has to be secured with a deposit charged by the hotel on your credit card (number and expiry date will be necessary). The deposit charged amounts to 30% of the total cost of your stay, but no less than the cost of the first night of the stay.


OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your booking one month before the planned date of your arrival without any consequences, i.e. we will transfer the deposit back to your account.

If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your planned arrival, we will keep 50% of the deposit.

If you cancel between 15 to 7 days before arrival, we will keep the total amount of the deposit.

If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of your stay will be charged.

In case of no-show the total amount of your stay will be charged.

Shortened stays: once arrived, the total amount of your stay will be charged.


BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking can be confirmed by mail, fax or e-mail.

LOCAL VISITORS’ TAX

Local tax is not included in our room prices. The tax is applied to adults and children over 12 at 0,90 euros per person per night.
