SALES CONDITIONS

 

Your room is available from 2 p.m. Thank you for checking out by midday on the day of departure.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10 a.m. (from 7 a.m. on request).
If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., please, contact the reception desk at 04 50 54 00 02 (or from abroad at: 00 33 450 54 00 02).

DEPOSIT
Every booking has to be secured with a deposit charged by the hotel on your account by means of your credit card details (number and expiry date). The deposit charged amounts to 25% of the total cost of your stay, but no less than the cost of the first night of stay.
50% deposit is required for a 2 night reservation and 100% for a 1 night reservation.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking one month before the planned date of your arrival without any consequences, i. e. we will transfer the deposit back to your account.
If you cancel between 30 and 8 days before your planned arrival, we will keep 50% of the deposit.
If you cancel less than 8 days in advance, we will keep the total amount of the deposit.

Your booking can be confirmed by mail, fax or e-mail.
