Restaurant, bar, and terrace — a cozy space open to everyone

Open to both our hotel guests and external visitors, our restaurant welcomes you year-round with a menu that highlights seasonal and locally sourced Alpine products.

The restaurant offers 65 indoor seats, which are complemented in the summer by 45 additional seats on our terrace — boasting a stunning view of Mont Blanc.
Our cozy bar is also open throughout the day and into the evening, whether you’re on your own, with family, or among friends, offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

The terrace of our hotel offers an exceptional outdoor space where warmth and a relaxed atmosphere take center stage. Available throughout the day, this scenic spot invites you to enjoy sunny days and gentle evenings while taking in the surrounding landscape.

Alpine-style seasonal cuisine with a farm-to-table approach

Our menu is crafted by our chef using local Alpine specialties and products sourced from nearby regions in France, Switzerland, and Italy. We focus on homemade dishes and short supply chains, always respecting the seasonality of ingredients.

We invite you to discover a mountain-inspired gastronomy, offering cuisine that is both original and comforting — healthy and satisfying, perfect after a day of skiing, hiking, or mountaineering!

Balanced menus with appropriately sized portions are also available for children.

The chef offers seasonal dishes made with Alpine-inspired ingredients, freshly prepared each day. We source exclusively from local and regional suppliers.

Guests may also choose a breakfast option: a buffet featuring local products, served every morning from 7:00 to 10:00 AM in a dedicated area of the restaurant.

The hotel offers, both in summer and winter, a Couronne menu including three courses. Personalize your experience by choosing from a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts, as well as vegetarian options.
